Studio Underd0g has completed the full acquisition of its long-standing assembly and after-sales partner, Horologium.This milestone reflects our continued investment in British watchmaking, strengthening our commitment to quality, craftsmanship and long term production capability.Studio Underd0g initially acquired a minority stake in Horologium in July 2024 to formalise the close working relationship between the two companies and secure future manufacturing capacity. As of 3 December 2025, Studio Underd0g now owns 100% of the business.
