All repairs and services carried out by us are covered by a 1-year warranty. All repairs and services carried out by us on our partner brands are covered by a 2-year warranty.

Additionally to any manufacturers warranty we provide our own 2 year limited warranty on all watches sold in our shop.
Our warranty excludes the following:
Repairs required due to use not considered normal or reasonable; Blemishes caused by normal day to day usage or natural wear and tear; Damage as a result of negligence, misuse, abuse, accidents, or alterations; Damages as a result of attempted unauthorised work or maintenance; Conditions, malfunctions or damage not as a result of defects in material or workmanship; Routine servicing or maintenance which may be required within the warranty period, including but not limited to the following, de-magnetisation and accuracy adjustments.
PLEASE NOTE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE COST OF SHIPPING THE PRODUCT TO US FOR REPAIR. HOWEVER WE WILL SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK TO YOU FREE OF CHARGE IF THE PRODUCT IS COVERED BY WARRANTY.
